Add GMC powder, AS4 powder, and milk powder to these 100 grams of milk and mix well. Mix very well so there are no lumps.
Now mix it again in the hot milk and let it boil for 2 minutes.
When it boils, add sugar and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Your base is ready.

Allow this base to cool to room temperature.

When it becomes normal, put it in a box and keep it in the freezer.
Once the base is done, you can make ice cream of any kind.

Mix the ice cream base with a whisk for 6-7 minutes.
After this, add vanilla essence to it and then beat 10-14 minutes.
At this time, the amount of ice cream will be double that of the base, and it will be very light.

Now add fresh cream and beat again for 2-3 minutes.
Now pour this vanilla ice cream into an airtight plastic or aluminum box, place aluminum foil, and then cover.
It will take 8 to 9 hours to establish itself well. Meanwhile, don't open the ice cream repeatedly, doing so, the air in the box disappears, causing ice in the ice cream.
Tips

The problem of snow on homemade ice cream is very common. For this, you must use a good box, even cutting the newspaper instead of aluminum foil, no air enters.

Every time ice cream is made at home, children have no patience. They often open and freeze. Ice cream is not set due to repeated freezing and begins to loosen.
