Sausage Gravy Recipe

Sausage gravy is that the "gravy" a part of the classic Southern breakfast dish biscuits and gravy. it's perfect together with your favorite biscuits and prepared super fast! Unlike the gravy you saw at the Thanksgiving table, this sauce is lighter in color and thicker.

While we all know that sausage gravy isn't the healthiest dish within the world, it is the best stick for your ribs. Sausage fat replaces turkey drippings, highly recommend serving this gravy and the sauce is intended to be super-thick,

After the meat sausage (loosen it on the butcher counter or squeeze the meat from the casings) is cooked in the pan, you will use the provided fat to brown the dough.

You can be more used to making a roux with flour and butter, but it is essentially the same thing. Mix in milk to loosen gravy and a pinch of cayenne to enrich.

Pour gravy over freshly cooked biscuits, or take out some flour from the can
