Today we will tell you the recipe for making Shahi Paneer (royal cheese)

Cheese - 250 gms
Peanuts - 1 tsp
Melon Seeds - 1 tsp 
Poppy - 1 tsp 
Ginger and Green 
Chili Paste - 1 tsp 
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp 
Cashew - 5 to 6 
Red Chili Powder - ½ Spoon
Ghee - 1 tsp 
Oil - 1 tsp 
Black Pepper Powder - Pinch 
Sugar - 1 tsp 
Tomato Puree - 1 cup 
Milk - 1 cup 
Fresh Yogurt - 2 tsp
Cream - 2 tsp 
Kasuri Methi- 1 teaspoon 
turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon 
Shahi Paneer (royal cheese) masala - 1 teaspoon 
salt - as per taste

The method of making

* First soak peanuts, melon seeds, poppy seeds and cashews for 4-5 hours. Then blend them and 

make seafood paste.

* Heat oil in a pan, fry cumin seeds and prepared paste in it. 

*Then mix in the ginger, pepper, tomato 

pasta, salt, ania powder, red chilli, turmeric powder, and roast it on a light heat.

*  Now mix yoghurt and cream in it and fry for one minute. Then add cheese and cook it.

*  Then add garam masala and miso fries in it. 

*Now add milk or cream in it and bake for 2-3 minutes.

*  When it is well cooked, turn off the gas.

* For garnish, add a little ghee, green onion and grated cheese.

Your Shahi Paneer (royal cheese) is ready. Now serve it hot.
