1 pound (450g) huge shrimp, stripped and deveined

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, pureed

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1/4 cup cashew nuts, absorbed warm water for 20 minutes

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon red bean stew powder (change in accordance with your flavor inclination)

Salt to taste

Chopped fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:
