Chicken Kathi Roll Recipe: Kathi Rolls are very popular as street food very soon. You can eat many different tasty buns in various places. If you eat a saddle roll for lunch or dinner, you won't feel hungry for a long time.

This is a very easy recipe that you can try at home if you want. You can also eat it for dinner with your friends. The chicken bun is very tasty, to make it it is prepared with chicken tikka and spices.

Chicken rolls can be served with mint chutney Ingredients to make chicken rolls: Egg-coated wheat bread, spicy chicken tikka, and vegetables are required. You can serve it with mint sauce. It is a perfect starter and accompaniment. 

      Ingredients for chicken rolls


  • 2 whole-wheat bread
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons coriander chopped
  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • Onion and bull papers to decorate, sliced

  • To feel:
  • 150 g chicken Tikka
  • (Optional) cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons onion sliced
  • 2 teaspoons coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons garlic ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt and red chili according to taste
  • 1 green chili, sliced
  • Shallow frying oil


To make the Chicken Kathi Roll recipe,

 we will first make Chicken Tikka Masala.

Add a bowl of chicken, curd, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, lemon juice, and mix. Set it aside for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the ginger, garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Now add the onion and bell pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

After 3 to 4 minutes, add the marinated chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turn off the gas and remove into a bowl.

To make Tawa Paratha, in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, water and knead it well. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and take the dough again. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.

Now take some flour from the dough and make a round paratha.
Heat an iron and apply oil. Add the paratha and cook well on both sides. Now put the egg aside and flip again and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the gas and drain on a plate.

Add the chicken masala, pickled onion, and sprinkle some chaat masala on top. Roll up and serve. Serve the Chicken Rolls Recipe with Cilantro Mint Chutney and Masala Tea.
